ENP-193, Consumer Psychology

Professor James Intriligator

Spring, 2024

This semester-long group project involved selecting a retail space near Tufts University and applying learnings from class to analyze its audience and physical design characteristics before collecting data from the space and providing recommendations for changes to improve it from a consumer psychology perspective. At the end of the semester, we gave a presentation with our findings to the class and submitted an accompanying report.

We selected the small bookstore and cafe Porter Square Books.

Accompanying Report

In addition to our final presentation to the class, we provided a 45-page report specifying our process and findings.
